Managing Consultant and Coach                                                                       

Margaret is a diversely qualified consultant, coach and facilitator with extensive experience in a variety of Training and Development and Human Resources roles in Canada and the US. She has worked with organizations from small private sector service providers to international oil and gas companies. 

Margaret is able to work effectively with organizations and individuals over the shorter or longer term. She is able to quickly build and maintain solid working relationships with clients.  Her personal approach and ability to relate to people serve her well in achieving the desired results for clients.

Margaret is a trained facilitator and coach and is a Licensed Practitioner for Insights Discovery®, a Jungian based personality style indicator.  In addition, she is authorized to present Powerful Professionals, a workshop designed to enhance consulting and business partnering skills for professionals. She is a  graduate of the Royal Roads University Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.

Margaret and her husband are the proud parents of two grown children. When not cooking up a storm for family and friends, Margaret is often found in a yoga studio, gym, singing or walking with her dog on one of Calgary’s many paths.
